Hello! My name is Alfie. I am a Shar Pei of great intelligence, and superb typing skills (though the extra large keyboard helps). ... sorry, I wandered off for a bit ... I tend to get easily distracted.
I have two homes, and lots of friends - I make friends with every human I meet even the ones who are scared of dogs. This blog is a record of my exploits, and a way for me to keep up with all my friends.
It would be nice if you posted comments. Good sniff recommendations in Oxford and London particularly welcome.

As a penguin in the surrounding area, I would like to offer the following recommendation as a good place to get yummy food - Ali Omar's kitchen. I visit often as it is a nice change from home where Mummy can't cook and there is no kitchen anyway

Thank you Bernard. I am not allowed in kitchens when cooking is going on. I have to stay behind the safety zone in either the dining room or hall. I do look v cute when doing that though - so often get food.
Is Ali fond of dogs?

As a local squirrel I was wondering if you had any 'jumbones' or other such doggy-treats. I have a good number of acorns. I could also show you round the old place, though you might need a rope and tackle to get up the tree!
